Slowest drive thru in Houston. It took about 25 minutes to order my food. I thought the line was always long because they are... busy but no. It' terrible service and management. Don't waist your time for lunch. Read more
Poorly managed. Is NEVER opened on time. Every time I try to get breakfast at this location they are never open on time and... don?t have the decency to even acknowledge customers through drive through when they are running behind. I HATE this location.Definitely need to look into better management. Read more
Poorly managed. The self-serve soda machine is always empty because they don?t refill it, but they hand you an empty cup at the... counter anyway to waste your time. The bathroom faucet is not attached to the sink so it just flops around while trying to washyour hands. Dirty counters and tables. The food is good though. Edit: Came back again 7 months later and the conditions haven?timproved. Every single table was wet. We had to dry it ourselves. The foor was slippery. Soda machine was still mostly empty andit had no ice. They fixed the backroom faucet though, although it?s crooked. Food is still good. Read more

This is the ice water that I ordered as a part of my combo as my drink. Why is it brown?! The didn?t give me a receipt so I... couldn?t call to tell them something nasty is in their water. Just glad that my daughters? kids meals came with prepackageddrinks instead of from their fountain. Very disgusted by the service. Read more
Came after after two popeyes didn?t have sandwiches. And boy, on the way home, eating the fries, i went straight to the... restroom. After alleviating myself. I went ahead to eat the sandwich, wish the sandwich was thicker and juicer. It wasn?t badoverall, but i didn?t finish it. Read more
