Customer service is terrible, food was cold, even the drink was wrong. Like how do you mess up a sunburst lemonade with no ice?... There was only one car in front of me so it shouldn?t have taken forever to begin with. I was also overcharged by 2 dollarsoriginally and she was upset that she had to fix something that SHE GOT WRONG. Then at the end of the transaction she tells me?next time I need to order correctly at the speaker? which is what I did from the start! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TOANYONE, no wonder it was empty when I arrived. Read more

Went back today after not going foe the longest time due to horrible service, experience, and food. Today, i tried again- just... to see if it was any better....it was not. I ordered slowly and spoke clearly and had to repeat myself several times, which Idid- nicely, clearly and slow. STILL I get home and my food is wrong! They rang up the wrong order, it was wrong on my receipt, which I didn't check right away. Huge disappointment all around. **I do not recommend the "new" French Toast sticks, I justdidn't care for them Read more

This Wendy?s is literally 3 mins away from my house, and when I tell you when I made it home to eat my food all of my food was... cold, nuggets were hard, nothing was good, and it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. I was very disappointed. Read more

I see why this place is empty. Should been a red flag coming in here. They Forgot my nuggets and bbq sauce. They Didn?t get my... order correctly. Didn?t do my baked potato correctly. I use to come to Wendy?s faithfully when I was younger. Back in the dayswhen they had the $1 menu. They seem to taste cheaper and cheaper every time I come. They loose my interest more & more. With anempty lobby you would think they would have gotten my order correct since I was the only customer in here. Read more

My mom and I thought we would go to Wendy's for a frosty because we passed by and saw they had "50 cent frosty" sign posted in... the front of the building. We ordered 2 frosties with the lady but got to the window and the guy manager was asking for $2. Wetold him that the sign in the front says the frosties are only 50 cents. You have to honor the price you advertising it for. Herefused to honor it and told an employee to remove the sign. We snapped a photo of her running up to the front to remove it.Basically, the manager is a complete idiot. He rather lose customers for good, rather than honoring the 50 cent frosty signposted on the building that he made the mistake of not taking down. Yes, $2 is inexpensive but it is the principle. You have tohonor the prices you advertise for. You know what we did? We drove right across the street to McDonald's and got 59 cent icecream cones which was actually a better deal. McDonald's actual honor the prices they advertise for. Wendy's management needs totake some notes before they unnecessary lose more customer due to their stupidity. Read more
