There food is always fresh. And there very kind. The manager especially. Great service.
I went to the door I kept being ignored then I saw a employee to ask if could order and was refused saying closed. Come around... there's people in the drive thru. I waited til everyone left and stood in the drive to ask if they were open only in drive thruno one answer so I walked around he just standing there. I explained to him I was told closed but not for dining. I also said Ididn't have a car if there were 5 employees in the building on payroll then the are not short staff to take a order at lobbyalso there is no drive thru only signs put up only a person walking out orders to cars . so question do corporate know thisgoing on? If I could leave ZERO stars I would, worst Wendy?s ever, super super super slow, one time I pulled up and they straight up told... me ?they weren?t open? in the middle of business hours? Then they always have you wait at the first window for like five minbefore you can even order, seems like no one ever works at this location and food items are always missing Read more
Everything was horrible. Food tasted really bad not like it Dirty floors - food on the floors. Restroom out of order. No ice at... the in the soda dispenser. The tea I drink almost made me throw up at the table. It was either too old or it's bad. I had toplead the blood of Jesus Christ that I won't be sick and surelyJesus Christ has coveted me. Thank You Jesus. Employees sneezedand wipe with her hand/wrist. Finally, there was two ladies coming (only two tables including us) and they complained to themanager while we were leaving. The salad was old and nasty. Tasted horrible. The female mgr didn't want to refund my money. She claimed not to know owner nor... her boss's name. Liars steal too so they best beware of her. Now Wendy have removed lettuce due some type of national outbreak.????. I'm done with buying food from Wendy's. Nasty food and sorry rude workers on A.M. shift. No apology for nasty food. Poor service and management. It took a good 5 minutes before someone to acknowledge me waiting at the register. I wanted to... order a bake potato and they had no potatoes. Fine, I order something else. I go get a drink, no Coke products, no Fanta, and noice. No straws in sight and had to look for cashier again and ask if they had any straws. I then tell her btw, your coke machinehave no ice, she just brushed me off and kept walking. Just terrible. They need to do better. Read more
If I could give zero stars I could. I sat at the counter for over 10 mins and was told they can?t take my payment. They don?t... have any of the specialty items as advertised on the screens in their building. They have zero drink options even after the boilwater effect is over and from previous reviews I see there drink options have been limited for months. This is a pathetic excusefor a fast food restaurant. My coworker, after realizing we were wasting our time, tried to get a refund for his food thathadn?t come out in my the 15-20 mins since we?ve been and was told to wait. After being told to wait we sat around for ANOTHER20 mins waiting on a refund. If you have any timeframe to be on for lunch do not come here. If you want a decent lunch in atimely manner don?t come here. Actually just don?t ever come here. This has been the worst food experience I?ve EVER had. Read more
