Normally love wendys... this location was terrible. Came through and after ordering was asked to pull forward. The usual so that... they can clear the number so it doesn't show waiting in the system... I waited and watched 3 cars behind me get their food whenI pulled back up to the window they hadn't even started our food?!?! Then I get home with the food to find out the fries arestale and cold and the nuggets for my kids are a mix of spicy and regular... get this staff out of there and get people in whocan do their job... I will go to another location cause this food was nasty!! Read more
It was clean and not crowded. Staff could be a little friendlier. But overall I love it, Fresh food everytime.
I don?t know what happened to this location, the service used to be great. Now, the ladies working the drive thru answer the... speaker with attitude, when you arrive to the window they don?t even look at you or give you your total and much less greet you.I hoped for the food to atleast be good and fresh but it wasn?t. The chicken patty in my meal looked dried up like it had beensitting there for a while and it was cold. The star was only because I was sitting in the drive thru for less than 3 minutes andbecause I can?t give them less than one star anyway. Read more
When I arrive there was nobody on the drive-through line I order two number two combos which are burgers. The lady told me to... wait at the front five cars went through and got their food before me I had to go and told the lady if she forgot about me byher face I think she did. I went through drive thru. I asked for no mayonnaise and repeated it twice. When I went to eat my burger it was flooded with... mayonnaise. I am allergic to eggs so I had to throw the burger away. It was a waste of money and I will never go back to thatWendy's. I have ate at a different Wendy's several time and never had a problem with my order. The staff is totally incompetent. Read more
I basically ask her no mayo an she said they don't have mayo just mustard an ketchup an actually put mayo on the sandwich smh
