I stopped in for breakfast preflight. The staff was helpful and got our order out quickly.
Waited 20 mins in line to order food. When I approached the Hispanic Cashier, she informed me that it was cash only. I informed... her they should warn customers that the credit card machine was down, instead of making us wait in line. I then ordered a chilliwith cheese. The chilli arrived with no cheese. Meh...Wendy's used to be the home of a great traditional burger and fries, but the reduction in quality and serving-size has... turned it into "nothing special". Serving time was fairly quick, but the food wasn't hot. Read more
The place was filthy and the service sucked. Ran out of ketchup packets and the holder for it was filthy as well. Asked for more... packets, and the dude gave it to another dude who gave it to another dude who sat it down on a counter and called another dudeto come get it and fill it up. The restaurant opens at 4:00 am and believe me I understand people come late and such but they had a full crew from what I seen... 6 people and all they were serving were drinks and was taken back by this since Opening and then only allowing customers topurchase drinks c?mon now you gotta get it together I know customer service may not matter to many anymore but taking care ofyour customers is a must and in reality as I write this now I?m still hearing the older gentleman continuing to say we?re onlyserving drinks right now and at 47 people turning back get it together Read more
