I went thru the drive thru and ask for a 10 spicy ck meal and drink and a 4 piece kids meal and a bake potato with bacon and... cheese....after driving home find out no baked potato. Called 13 times at the phone number on my order and no pick up while Idrove back and some kid said you forgot your potato and smiled like he thought that was funny and then I said my gas was morethan my hot potato but it is just the principle of it. What appears to be the manager said sorry and was not offer a drink oranything other than sorry. I find service lacking and I hate incompetent people.....I was in the restaurant industry for over10 years and the irony is it was not busy if you count 2 cars in the drive thru. With service like this I doubt this place willstay open long. Read more

Normally I enjoy coming to this fast food establishment. Generally at these locations they have hey friendly and accommodating... cashier. Though at this location this particular cashier did not reciprocate any of my Goodwill verbiage. I said hello you didnot respond I thank them for taking my order correctly he didn't respond and then when my order was ready I thank them for thatand he ignored me yet again. I'm not one to usually speak up about subpar service but this particular time there was a gentlemanof the same race as a cashier and she was overly hospitable cuz that particular gentleman. I really really despise even bringingup the race card but I truly felt shunned here. The food was great I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger specific to my order itcame out in exact detail. multi self-serve Beverage Station had every beverage. Read more
Overall good behaviors in terms of customer service, but a deal breaker for me was finding a roach in my drink. If they can't... keep that clean, I have to ask myself what else didn't I find. Read more
One of the largest Wendy's I've eaten at. Restaurant looks it's new or been remodeled not long ago. Had a #1 With chili. Frys... were not hot. First time had that happen at a Wendy's. Cashier didn't pay attention to my order so had to return my chili. Chiliwas good all the burger. Would return for sure if in the area. Read more
Wendy?s has a decent fast food hamburger!! Plus this restaurant was redone and it is nice and clean!!
