Got here at 10:22 and they?re no longer serving breakfast, although the app and website says breakfast until 10:30. Apparently... if it?s not busy they shut down breakfast early. By far one of the worst Wendy?s I?ve been to.. got all the way home to discover one of my burgers missing the WHOLE patty. I... tried to call 3 times and never got a response. Finally went up there and had to jump through hoops just to get a new burger. Iheard the manager talking to her employees about me, which is fine, but still doesn?t change the fact I want my food corrected.I mistakenly said I got 2 ?Four for Fours? instead of the $5 biggie bags so I guess she thought I was lying? As the picture shows...a before and after photos of my lunch order--Southwest Salad with extra chicken; which had fresh crispy... greens and guacamole quite tasty. This location experience was so noteworthy with its award- winning customer service skillsfrom just the cashier alone; I just had to do a review. While waiting the crew was professional in preparing our orders.Thelobby was spacious with the A/C on full blast in this Texas heat...a true plus; no heavy traffic flow at that time andislipping our drink to cool off was so nice and peaceful ...oh and seating was very clean as always and BUDGET-FRIENDLYINDEED!!! Yo if I could give them no starts I would I swear!! Cause I don?t know who they had working today but baby they need not to... touch another piece of meet my 14yr old can cook a burger! Smh.. and the manger could only give me my money back! Ha while I?msick to my stomach because unfortunately I had a few bite before seeing that this burger was rare. Every time I come here. I receive poor quality food. My nuggets are always old. Literally always when I come since it?s the... closes Wendy?s to me. I ordered a full size salad tonight. And received LESS THAN A Half size or grill chicken on what?s supposeto be a full size grill chicken for a paid for full size salad. Wendy?s was my first job so I know everything like the back ofmy hand on what the food quality should be that?s being served at all times. Never hesitate to go back and get your order doneright. As a customer you are paying for FRESH HOT FOOD and you are to be given JUST THAT. management needs to get it togetherhere.
