Visited from Dallas, Came here at 4 o?clock in the morning, staff was noticeably off and unintentional about their service.... Each customer had more than one issue with their order , I couldn?t believe what I was seeing . Grits left off of meal and hashbrowns were under cooked as well as under seasoned . My food was so freaking good. Got it at around 1:20am and was not able to eat it until 2am in July 26th. My grit?s was cooked... to perfection!! Bacon was delicious! Eggs was the bomb! And last but not least the toast was buttered to where no jelly wasneeded. The staff was courteous and well groomed. Spoke clearly and was definitely not a long wait time for my food. AWFUL!! Just AWFUL! Walked in, no greeting. Ordered hash brown smothered, covered, and topped. Chili, cheese, and onions. She... neglected to top it with chili. When I brought it to her attention, there was no apology, nothing. The hash browns were burnt.Their attitudes were so nasty, I had no desire to return the food. Came in with a service dog. Amazing staff. Super kind. My go to is Texas Bacon Egg + Cheese, hash browns SCDC (smothered,... covered, diced + capped) (grilled onions, cheese, tomatoes + mushrooms) Every location I?ve been in across the states has nevermessed this up. Classic Waffle House. Giving this place a five star because quality and service wise it was a much better than expected... experience for a midnight run. Everything came out as ordered and came out quickly. At the end of the day you get what you?dtypically expect from a Waffle House, but this location was particularly good and very courteous to us.
