Tonight was a hot mess! Then when I called to complain the recording says they will not answer because they are focusing on dine... in guest. Half of my food was not packaged, we had to wait and still got home with no drink and a side of grits. Staff takingorder definitely needs to pay attention and be a bit more professional. Read more
OMG the service, the food everything is top notch plus the waitress's are So Dam Sexy and cute with great manners. This is the... place to be when your hungry and look forward to great fast service, these people are on the money the food is always fresh andthe price is shocking!! Always great customer service! Don't like seeing the staff having to pay for music to be played. They don't make a lot of money.... I guess they don't need music but it helps to make the day go faster. I go very often and I love this staff!!!! Read more
Waffle house never disappoints. One time I came at this location and it was too busy so I left. Today tried again and though it... was busy but I managed to find an empty and clean table. I ordered as usual and waited for the food to arrive. I was slightlydisappointed at the toast since it was clearly burnt. The cook responsible for it should be sent for an eye test soonestpossible. The waitress was kind enough to replace it for me. Other than this issue I enjoyed the breakfast. The lower rating isdue to burnt toast. The picture of the toast in the menu on the table,which is golden brown is what I expected instead it lookedlike chocolate Labrador when it arrived ???????????? Read more
The most unprofessional dining experience to date. As we were getting seated, a verbal outburst is taking place between... disgruntled employees. Vulgar language is loudly projected throughout the establishment as the disagreement intensifies. Themanager, and apparently all cooks scheduled have quit during this shift mind you. After placing our order, one of thedisgruntled employees is cursing and storming around for nearly 20 minutes in the parking lot. After about 25 minutes total wefinally got parts of our order. The Bacon was burnt, and we never received our waffles. Shortly after the incomplete/botchedorder was placed on the table, our waitress provides a complete order for customers who placed their order 15 minutes after ourorder was taken. Lastly, the same employee who quit and was holding up the dining area with Vulgar outbursts decided to comeback inside to take orders but refused to cook anything. Horrible experience, and they need new management for thislocation.... UPDATE Monday December 20th, 2021 9am. The regional manager was a wonderful person, and he contacted me upon myinitial experience. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE! I GREATLY APPRECIATE how peaceful it was when I re-visited this location. Great service, homely inviting coffee atmosphere and delicious breakfast food to boot! A great time visiting this waffle house... that my wife had been to many years ago! We had the sausage grits bowl and she had the chocolate chip waffles and it wasfantastic good coffee and simple, great food. Read more
Yuck! Went in Soooooo hungry and left still hungry ???? ordered the all star and grits were cold, waffle tasted like it was... hours old and sausage was greasy. Ordered coffee ($2.10) and never got a refill. Would have given one star but the service wasfast. Fast and cold/old! Would not RECOMMEND this particular waffle house. PERIOD. Read more
