After a recommendation from the hotel staff, decided to try this place out for some good Mediterranean takeout. I got the... platter for two, which includes beef and chicken kebabs, hummus, tabbouli, and salads. Everything was fresh and delicious andserved in reasonable portions. The beef and chicken were both well seasoned and cooked, and the hummus was one of the betterversions I've had in the area. The tabbouli was fresh and tasty, but had a bit too much water for my taste. The woman who tookmy takeout order was friendly and efficient. My new go to for gyros and tabbouleh. Gyro had a good ratio of meat, veg, sauce with the meat done just right. Tabbouleh was a... nice light refreshing side with to the gyro. The hummus appetizer had a great flavor and came with the pita bread still warm.Altogether a tasty takeout :). Read more
We recently hired Wael's to cater a luncheon for our teachers and we were not disappointed. The amount of food we got for the... price we wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. He even threw in an extra tray of Gyro meat as a donation! Teachers and staffloved the food! We will continue to use them for future events. Read more
Every time I visit my daughter I make sure to stop by and eat at Wael's. I live in Palacios and no restaurant there compares to... Wael's. The owner and his family are very welcoming, the service is impeccable and the food is delicious! You have to trytheir food! Read more
We had the platter for two and it was enough food. My favorite were the spicy potatoes with garlic sauce.

Wael is one of the best Mediterranean/ Lebanese restaurants in the area. Food is very authentic. Great atmosphere and... environment. I like to enjoy my lunch with Turkish coffee. We are regularly customers for dine in and to go. Unfortunately, wepassed by yesterday, and they owner was not there as usual. They have new employees, and our waiter was fussy, look tired andunhappy most the time. He looked like either he hated us or his job! Read more
