70% authentic Vietnamese food, not good, not gross. I was there during lunch rush hour and I was there for about 40 minutes,... one guy does it all, lady boss was busy on her laptop. What grossed me out is that tables are never cleaned between customers! Read more
The portions are big! I forgot to take a picture of my pho with brisket but it was good. The broth could of had a little more... flavor depth but overall I was happy with it. The Banh Mi was awesome. I ordered a Thai Tea, chicken banh mi and an order of egg rolls. The staff was friendly and the order was to go, it might of... been 10-15 minutes for the whole transaction and receiving my food. Great for my lunch break. Egg rolls: not the best I havehad. I only got one leaf of lettuce. I would not order these again. Banh Mi: They we?re generous with the chicken. With pho you either get it right or you don?t. Good pho starts with bone broth, onion and ginger and this place gets it... right. You order and pay at the counter. If you pay by credit card you are asked how much you want to tip. I find thispractice objectionable before you have even gotten your food. But it is common practice in the area. I ordered a combinationpho. There is only one size that?s equivalent to a medium or a large bowl. It had more brisket than I expected and wasdelicious.
