There was a good variety of taco options. All of them were pretty tasty, but the fried chicken and waffles made the others pale... in comparison - and it wasn?t a great transition flavor to a more savory/traditional taco. The tacos were pretty big, so threewas too much. Read more
My best friend recommended me to try this place. After checking out their online menu I decided to try it. Their tacos were very... delicious. I ordered the rotisserie chicken taco and chips n queso. Their queso was one of the best I?ve ever had. Willdefinitely be returning. Read more
My first time @ Velvet Taco. The Food was Delicious. I Loved the #7 Cuban Pig Pork Taco. I also really enjoyed The Red Curry... Coconut Queso and Blue Tortilla Chips. The Frozen Margarita however did not taste good and made me sick. Next Time I will stayaway from the Margarita and take my food to go. The atmosphere of the restaurant lacks comfort and is not my kind of Vibe. Read more
Us Seattleites are spoiled rotten when it comes to food. I mean, it?s true. We have ever urban delight, hip vegan ice cream, and... such a cultural smorgasbord of top tier options, we have a hard time topping it. But I must say, Seattle needs a Velvet Taco! Never heard of it before but was magnetized by the name and purple neon sign. Jedi trick alert? Inside, though late, was packed... and happy. Wanted to order their Turducken Taco but it was gone. Good things don?t last. Was not brave enough to order waffletaco, but the taco I ordered was full of deliciousness. The pink&purple bearded Viking took my order efficiently.
