Been here quite a few times and have had no problems until today and the last time I went. It seems they have new people working... there and they need to do some quality control and customer service training. I had a craving for a cooltreat so I headed here to buy a heath bar with chocolate custard twirl which is similar to a Blizzard.... I grade these based upon how well they mix the candy in to the ice cream. This one was well mixed and uniform. Many shops leavethe bottom 1/2 without any candy. It was a nice treat. We went to dairy queen first but it was closed. Looked up near by ice cream places and found this gem. This was our first time... trying it. The ice cream was so delicious. And the quantity was more than I expected. For 5 people I spent $23 and it was worthevery bit. So smooth and creamy and perfect amount of sweet. The kids loved it. We will be going back.
