Soup was prepared with expired palm oil. The ogbonu soup tasted like mdicine. The egusi soup had a strong stench of rotten palm... oil. I want to remind them that making moneyy is good, but must protect health of your customers Read more

Heads up! The prices went up and smaller portion size of your dish. I always get my favorite dish agusi soup it was around... $15.26 . Now the price is $19.00. The portion sizes are so small a child would not get full. I understand prices have gone updue to the pandemic situation however this is ridiculous and cruel! It was a slap in the face for my loyalty to them for allthese years. I will not be back and will tell all my friends and family to go experience another restaurant for reasonableprices and portion sizes. Read more

First time here. Horrid customer service, smelly menu with outdated prices. They take your order then ring up with higher prices... than what's on the menu. When I asked, she said those are old prices but had no interest in printing new menus. The people therelaughed and agrees with my question but were clearly used to paying more than listed. The height of black/African mediocrity. It's really not hard to update a decrepit old menu which stinks and has many letters rubbed off. I hope the food is good. Stillwaiting for it. Sigh. Read more

The food is delicious and flavorful overall. We had the yam pottage, grilled fish and spinach. The servings come in very large... portions and are enough for two people . The service is a bit slow and unprofessional though. Read more

The wait was pretty long but it was worth it. Talk about culture. The food was so good! Seasoned to perfection. They have good... variety of food items on the menu and their portions are generous. Definitely a good spot for some Nigerian food. Read more

I have heard so much about Nigerian food in Houston, I went there last month for a program and I decided to eat Nigeria food all... through my trip. I googled some places and I wasn't satisfied with their reviews so I asked my cousin who lives there and hetold me to go to this restaurant omg! The first day I ate there I was amazed at how many dishes they have there. I ate lunch anddinner every day for 4 days in this restaurant. I love their service in fact, everything about them. If you do not want toexperience a delay with your food, call and them your food order before heading to the place if not it takes about 10mins to getserved depending on the food you want, which is not bad because they have to prepare most of their food after you haveordered. Thank you Trinity restaurant, you got a customer. Read more

Very Cozy place! The food is not bad! A friend brought me egusi soup and fufu without meat from here and it was good. The... African organization that I?m part of always get food from here as well! I was slightly disappointed when I went myself and myegusi soup barely had any spinach in there and it was thick as when my friend bought it. Still a good place to grab food! Read more
