This place is a joke. Please make the extra drive to the bellaire location. This location is closer to my place so I decided to... give it a change, what a letdown. First thing is the slowness, they had 3 customers in the store and it still took over 15 minfor us to get our drinks. Coffee: My caramel macchiato came out white so I let the barista know and he added an extra shot ofespresso. But the coffee was still too milky and tasteless.\nPizza pretzel: the picture should show how sad it looked loldoughy, tiny, bitter(idk how they managed to make it bitter, it?s a talent) and the marina sauce seemed off. I spent 40 mintrying to enjoy it since I already spent $14 but couldn?t do it. I left and got coffee from a different place. Ruined my wholemorning. Never again! Read more

Stopped in while in town to have a coffee and muffin. Service was fast and friendly and it was a peaceful atmosphere to just... enjoy a quick breakfast in the morning. They heated up my chocolate muffin just a bit so it was warm and the chocolate wasmelted which I thought was a nice touch. Read more

The coffee beans they use have a real good flavor. It is easy to walk to if you are staying at one of the nearby hotels such as... the Aloft or Doubletree. Prices are fair and there is also plenty of parking. Read more

This is the second Tom N Toms location we have visited. Like the location in Houston\'s Chinatown, this shop crafts incredible... drinks and pastries!\n\nFood/Drinks - We got the Egyptian honey milk tea, vanilla milk tea, and creme brulée macarons. The topmacaron had a toasted surface which gave a great toasty flavor. A big dollop of vanilla bean frosting was sandwiched between thetwo macarons. The pastry was a little hard to eat since it was pretty big but it was undoutedly delicious (albeit a bit pricey).The vanilla milk tea was creamy and smooth but not overwhelmingly sweet. The Egyptian honey milk tea was our favorite - goodquality honey mixed with chamomile tea and whole milk. It kind of tasted like a really good graham cracker with milk, honey, andvanilla. The flavors blended beautifully to give a delicious and well-balanced drink that made us regret not ordering a largersize.\n\nVibe - Spacious place with ample seating and free wifi make this a good meeting place or study spot. Lots of parkingoutside too and far enough from the Galleria mall to avoid most of the traffic.\n\nService - the baristas were kind andinformative when we asked about a few menu items.\n\nTom N Toms has not yet failed to impress, and we look forward to trying therest of the menu. I\'m a frequent customer of the other Tom n toms location in Chinatown, so I was very surprised when I visited this location and... got charged extra for syrup and half and half. Not only that, but the other location also fully fills the cup when I ask for noice, whereas this one only fills a limited amount. The coffee is still great tasting and the same, but I was just surprised whena usual $8 order came out over $10 and without a full cup. Read more

Very quaint little coffee shop. An upbeat atmosphere. I have come with my siblings twice in the last two days and am so not... disappointed. The service is quick and friendly. Employees are all nice. They have a nice selection of coffee, Danish, muffins,sandwiches, and some really awesome macaroons. Also they display a local artists work. Breanna Menard which is super cool. Itotally recommend this place. The cinnamon muffin Is absolutely amazing. Ask them to warm it just a little. Read more
