Ambiance is great, I loved the design, furniture etc, very ‘European’. But food is overpriced and we had to wait a lot to... get it, and restaurant was almost empty. Service was a bit annoying. They brought us a check even though we haven’t asked forit, and again, it’s not like restaurant is full and there are people to be seated so they are trying to rush us. My experience, I would classify it as discrimination. On 2 separate business trips has been my experience. One visit, I did not... get greeted and I had to wait 25 + minutes sitting at the bar. There were only 6 other customers sitting in the bar area... YEPI counted them...!!! The 3 workers (2 bartenders & 1 woman manager), was behind the bar having a personal conversation. Anotherwoman came out the back & passed ALL of us did not greet nor gave a care if we were customers or not. Finally got my drink theycharged me $24 for a mixed drink. Yep.... I'd say discrimination.... Just like the other review... a much better restaurant nextdoor...!!! Read more

I ordered a guava paloma from the bar. It was pretty good. I requested an off menu drink, and they tried their darndest to make... it, but were missing 2 of the main ingredients (next time we'll try again ????). I ordered rpom service the following morningfor breakfast. VERY pleased. We'll return. Read more

My husband and I came in to visit on a late night during the week. We didn’t know that after a certain time the switch to a... late night menu which was ok. We ordered and ran into a snag with food preparation which led to a super long wait time.Unfortunately that night we couldn’t wait any longer and decided to leave. I decided to just call and inform the manger Andrewof our experience. He was simply a joy! Such a kind guy that already knew of our experience via a server and he was attentiveand showed effort in making it right. As a previous district manager of a major brand I didn’t want anything, I wanted to justinform him so that service could improve in the future. Hey we don’t always get it right but correcting the issue means somuch! Thanks Andrew for your kindness and willingness to make sure my family and I had a good experience when we returned togive this restaurant another try! Kuddos to you!! Read more
