Wanted a mango drink but they ran out of mango so got a watermelon ???? drink and a Thai ice tea drink. After waiting a very... long time they called my name to tell me they had ran out of watermelon if I wanted another kind of drink, I asked for a refundfor one drink. When I finally got my thai ice tea it didn't have any sugar or ice so it really was a huge deception. Theemployees were nice but they looked overwhelmed with so many people ordering and only being 4 of them on a weekend. Read more
It was ok. The staff is nice but service was slow compared to other bubble tea locations. They leave the teabag inside the cup... and that was a big turn off, it gets caught in the straw. Read more
I've been coming to this location for over 10 years but the last few times I've gone have been disappointing. The... tapioca/bubbles weren't cooked all the way and didn't have much flavor/sweetness. I have been getting tea from this place since 2017, and they have always delivered exceptional customer service. However, after... quitting the job I had at the Galleria, I came to shop for a prom dress and decided to swing by to get some tea on my way out.Not only did the new staff get my order wrong, they asked me to try drinking it even though I order my tea a certain way forallergy reasons. But when I explained that, they gave me attitude, put less effort into making my drink, and told me tocorrectly say my order right the first time, next time I come. Which will be never, from now on. if I could give zero stars I would. im sorry to be rude but there was flies in the powder and the customer service was terrible.... To top it off the drinks had absolutely no flavor or any natural flavors. all I saw them make was scoops of powder mixed withwater. they ran out so many supplies and also lied to my sister.my drink was held by the lady til my sisters drink was completedwhich caused my drink to be very watered down. i always pay merely 10 dollars at another place who uses better quality items.the only reason I'm writing this review because the coconut cream tea was bomb. im really sorry but I wont be back for more. Great service, a bit to many combinations, and really helpful staff offering a few mixes. The place seems clean and it is very... efficient. Don?t expect too many natural products, many of the ingredients are powders mixed in the blender, just like thecaramel, whip cream, and other stuff you might put on other drinks. Update: half way through this perfumed drink I feel mystomach is about to explode. I understand people may love this, but not for me. Read more

I had the classic black milk tea with boba. The tea had a decent flavor and the boba was perfect. However I asked for regular... sugar and received 1/2 sugar (although they insisted it was regular sugar) so I did not get what I wanted. Read more
