15 mins + is the wait time for 1 drink. You will have to ask on how much longer it will take, because they will make everyones... at the same time. There is no way to track how long it takes them to make them. So your order will come out whenever they want.Very bad set up and system they have going on. The boba was nicely prepared and quick with little wait. The shop itself is a bit disorganized when I visited on a Fri night.... Bathroom is also not open to public, you will have to ask for a key. The inside seating can be a bit crowded. Read more
Really great customer service! I ordered the rose black tea and asked them to not make it too sweet. Not only did they say "no... problem" they even gave me a small sample so that I could taste it to see if it was to my liking! I thought that was a reallygreat touch :) Read more
