Horrible service at the bar. Tall black female bartender..was super loud..yapping the entire time about her this her that..Got... drinks but forgot to put in my food order then picked up her purse and left for the night. Absolutely ZERO FOCUS. Talking abouther make up, her bargain hunting..her this her that...After waiting for over an hour to get a simple appetizer. Told otherwaiter to cancel order. He was very apologetic and said he would give me a discount if I "paid cash." Told him I didnt want adiscount. My meal was ruined. He insisted so I explained I would charge to the room. He then said..in that case "I cannot giveyou a discount." I asked him why not..he stated thats just how it is..as he "could not approve a courtesy discount if it wascharged to room only if I "pay cash." I believe the gentleman was being honest but it sounds sketchy and at best its a hugeprocedural flaw in a Marriott hotel. When asked about manager being able to approve, He said NO MANAGER AVAILABLE to approve.Unacceptable.Place is a DISASTER. No wonder this Marriott feels like a ghost town. Management better intervene soon. As a onetime platinum member..loyal to Marriott..this is EMBARRASSING for the Marriott brand. PASS ON THIS ONE.. TRIPLE ZERO Read more
Chicken Cobb is killer.
The food is good, but service is pretty stingy for breakfast. On multiple occasions, I had to explicitly ask for water and water... refills. Read more
Great breakfast
I have eaten here a couple of times, while staying at the Marriott westchase. The servers are very friendly but the service is... extremely slow, expect at least an hour even for 1 person, the food always comes out bad as well. I ordered the rib eye once asmedium and it was over well done. The next visit I ordered fried chicken and when I cut into the chicken it was still raw. Isent the chicken back and they got me a new one which was raw as well. Never again Read more
Great breakfast buffet with eggs made-to-order and an excellent place for a quiet, classy business lunch. Delicious salads!
