Horrible service at the bar. Tall black female bartender..was super loud..yapping the entire time about her this her that..Got... drinks but forgot to put in my food order then picked up her purse and left for the night. Absolutely ZERO FOCUS. Talking abouther make up, her bargain hunting..her this her that...After waiting for over an hour to get a simple appetizer. Told otherwaiter to cancel order. He was very apologetic and said he would give me a discount if I "paid cash." Told him I didnt want adiscount. My meal was ruined. He insisted so I explained I would charge to the room. He then said..in that case "I cannot giveyou a discount." I asked him why not..he stated thats just how it is..as he "could not approve a courtesy discount if it wascharged to room only if I "pay cash." I believe the gentleman was being honest but it sounds sketchy and at best its a hugeprocedural flaw in a Marriott hotel. When asked about manager being able to approve, He said NO MANAGER AVAILABLE to approve.Unacceptable.Place is a DISASTER. No wonder this Marriott feels like a ghost town.
