Stacey was awesome! Polite, efficient, and very attentive to our table. Our first time at The Juicy Crab in Houston - oysters... were definitely more fresh than the Atlanta location we tried. Service was better, which made the overall experience better. Sopricey cause we decided to add an extra snow crab leg cluster EACH to our order ???? but otherwise the portions are definitelyworth the money. The boil looked and tasted so good, I forgot to take a picture before we started eating! We had to take ourboil to go because there was so much food, and it still tasted good after a couple days (albeit a bit salty since it sat in thesauce, but that's expected). Mixed drink was very sweet and a bit expensive so probably won't order that again, but I'm surepeople don't go here for the drinks anyway. We'll be back again! ???? Read more
This place was really good. On top of the Great service by our waitress Courtney she was excellent. The onion rings were also... good. Perfectly seasoned sauce for the crabs and, I will return very soon. Read more
My husbands chicken strips were under cooked we quickly told the waitress who said she would let her supervisor know the manager... came over and explained that they cook the chicken 8 min ???? 8 min isn?t a very long time to cook chicken. My issue is theynever offered to remake my husbands food or take the undercooked meal off our bill. All though I do appreciate the manageracknowledging that he saw my husband picked over his food and knew he didn?t enjoy it or eat it his resolution was to offer us10% off on our next visit and a free dessert. Excellent food, Azia the waitress took great care of us and attentive. I had a rum punch which was strong. The catfish basket... was delicious with Cajun fries. And we for 2 different boils. And you choose the seasoning and heat level. The seasoning wasexcellent. What stood out to me was the cleanliness from the restaurant to the restroom. We will definitely be back Read more

I visited the location around lunch time with my sisters . We were immediately seated and serviced by our waitress Monique .... Monique took our drink orders & appetizer order and we received them quickly. I ordered the hush puppies & fried calamari. Thehush puppies were delicious with the boom boom sauce . We ordered our entree , the juicy special & sides of steamed rice .Everything was fresh and full of flavor . Also , we ordered the Cajun fries & wings . I had the fried Shrimp for starters and the breading was seasoned & Crispy but didn't stay on the Shrimp as I dipped it in the... Boom Boom & Tarter Sauce. ALL the breading fell off each Shrimp as I dipped. I also had the Garlic Butter Heat level Hot Boilwith Shrimp and Snow Crab ????. That was good but next time I will have the Extra Hot. I love how they give you LOTS of wet napsfor hands as well as Gloves & a bib so you can clean up real good like you were Never there munching on Crabs and ShrimpLOL!!!!!! Read more
