Came to place an order during Thanksgiving time a few days. Wanted a turkey breast roasted. The 1st honey baked said they sold... out and this location had some. Tried to order thru the app pick up was for Christmas time. So when I enter building they had itsectioned off left side for ordering and right for order pick up. While on the left side of the store the lady still asked if Iwas picking up I told her what I wanted they said there was only whole turkeys left and turkey breast were for prepaid guest. Isat in parking lot trying to go back thru the app finally I ordered for a Friday pick up. The turkey breast was old after a fewdays and small for what I paid for. Read more

I ordered a Cajun Turkey on November 2nd online. I paid for it on November 4, 2022. The pick up date was November 23, 2022 at... 5:30 p.m. When I go to pick up the turkey they did not have it. I did it early to make sure I had the turkey I wanted. Theirreason was unacceptable. The only reason I could understand they did not have the turkey I ordered was due to falseadvertisements. I went there to get ham. I thought it would be busy but it was not. When I walked in I was greeted by a man that was nice. He... was the only one. The cashier made me wait while she was talking to a co worker. Which was not about work. Then after 6 minutesI ask her am I next then she took me.i ask about the slices and all she could say only for reservations only. Ok. Can I makeone. She and her Co worker was like I don't know. Go to the website. So unhelpful and rude. She didn't even try to offer meanother option. They (white young girl and Asian dude) do not need to work in customer service. I would have bought a whole ifshe would have tried to help me. I won't be back there. Read more

Honey Baked Ham? More like Honey Baked DISAPPOINTMENT. I am extremely upset with this location. We PRE-PAID a ham for... Thanksgiving, and never received the reminder voicemail that was allegedly sent for the day of pick-up. We forgot to pick up ourham at our scheduled time which I completely acknowledge is our fault. We remembered at 7:55 p.m. the evening beforeThanksgiving and the store closed at 8:00 p.m. This location is closed on Thanksgiving. So, we drove like bats out of hell tothe location and arrived at 8:03 p.m. My husband entered the store and was told that they would not give us the ham because"they would be one short for inventory". We pre-paid for this ham ($90.00), so why would that matter? Three minutes late, thenight before Thanksgiving, store was still open, nine workers still inside, hams sitting on the shelf, workers walking aroundliterally holding hams, door still unlocked, and they refused to give us the ham THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR. What a heartlessbusiness. I like to imagine that a business, even if they are a chain, could still care about other people on a human levelduring the holidays, but I guess that was naive. Buy your ham somewhere else, or at the very least--use a different HBHlocation. These people don't care about you. Literally scrooge at the holidays. Read more
