First time eating here and honestly I understand why people only come here for the cheesecakes and not the food. I honestly did... not like the food that I ordered besides the appetizer and the cheesecake. They had so much food on the menu it was a bitoverwhelming, I was practically stressing out because of how many options there were. To drink me and my boyfriend ordered peachlemonade and strawberry lemonade which tasted good, our server was was wonderful, she brought us some bread and butter to beginwith. The appetizer that I ordered was the “Southern Fried Chicken Sliders. $13.95“ and it did not disappoint, I made my ownmini chicken sandwich with the toppings that were provided. And to start off with my dinner, I ordered the “Chicken Riesling.$18.50“ which was basically plain flavorless thin pasta with the side of chicken breast, mushrooms, and sauce. My boyfriendordered the “Factory Burrito Grande $17.95” which was a humongous chicken and rice burrito that also tasted like blandchipotle sauce, it honestly had no flavor. For dessert we ordered “Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Galore Cheesecake” and boydid it not disappoint, I loved it! It tasted so delicious, so if you do decide to come and eat here I do recommend to just ordercheesecake which is really what they’re known for and to not bother ordering any food which is not worth the price. Not great at all. Ordered medium well steak so dry and no flavor. Had to put a-1 sauce on a $30 steak. I was embarrassed for the... chef. My corn and potatoes were cold. My sisters order was just OK nothing she would order again. We did enjoy the atmosphereand were seated pretty quickly. However we had to chase after someone to get us straws for our drinks, then again for a steakknife and my sisters pepper that was supposed to be on her dish. All in all we won’t be returning for anything. Gave us noreason to come back for mediocre food. Read more

First time we are here. It was super busy. Not a problem. Gave my number for the wait-list and after multiple people were called... before us I go to the hostess to ask if our wait was almost over. Turns out they had got my number down wrong. Not a problem Iknow mistakes happen but for half of the wait time we are still inside the building. So they saw us waiting but no one ce to askus or check to see if we had gotten their call. The two hostess were very flat in their voices and body language. They justdidnt seem or feel very welcoming. Once we were sat, our waiter was great. Super nice and got us all our food with no trouble. The food however was less that expected. The pasta on both dishes were mostly cold and hard as if they had been sitting a while. My steak pieces were NOT at all what they looked like online ( I used their online menus for picture reference when ordering).Over all it was an okay place but not something I will be rushing back to in the future. Normally we’re always impressed with Cheesecake Factory but this visit was a big letdown. Went for lunch on a Tuesday and it... wasn’t busy at all. We were seated with our choice of a booth or table. We were seated for a good 15 minutes before the servergreeted us. Ordered our drinks and were told they were out of Sprite and had been for a week or so; which is sadly the norm inthis current climate. My sons drink was brought out first, then another 8 minutes later, mine and my husbands were brought outalong with their yummy bread. We ordered our foot and waited about 30 min for our appetizer to come out. We got the BuffaloBlasts but the chicken inside was very fatty and unappetizing. Shortly after my sons dish came out and another 6 min later ourplates came out. Food wasn’t hot and didn’t seem fresh as it normally does. Our server only checked on us one time for drinkrefills. We opted to skip dessert because we were already there for 2 hours. They’re obviously feeling the crunch of lack ofwilling workers as well as supply shortages which isn’t their fault totally. The restaurant was also simply filthy dirty fromhigh traffic. It will be a long while before we return that’s for sure. Read more

As my family and I entered, I made a comment to my wife, that it looked much cleaner and nicer than the Sugar Land location. In... time, I would find it this was not the case. We were seated quickly. And everyone was friendly. We then opened our silverware tofind it extreme dirty. The bread plates had visible food bits dried to them, as well as the silverware. I'm not one to make astink, but I asked the waitress if we could get clean ones. She explained the dish washer wasn't working the night before butwas fixed now, and she would get us some clean ones. She brought new ones and said "I personally took them out of thedishwasher".... We opened our silverware to find they were even more dirty than the first sets. My 2 kids, my wife and I basedwhat we would eat, on not needing to use any silverware. Service was extremely slow (over an hour waiting for food) but it was aSunday, and was probably busy. The waitress was nice, but obviously didn't take the time to make sure things were clean, afterexplaining how dirty things were. Read more

Save your money and the disappointment! Dirty tables all over, slow service, careless kitchen, empty place, etc, etc. This place... is on it’s last legs. We ate next to five dirty tables. The food took 1 1/2 to arrive. My son’s spaghetti arrived first andthe meatballs took 15 minutes! The food is definitely NOT what it used to be. Super expensive too! Read more

My kids favorite place to dine. They have really nice bread with whipped butter here. Come her on your birthday and let them... know. They will serve you a little dessert or you buy a cake from them and they will put a candle on top and come with a groupor staff to sing happy birthday to you. Read more
