Those baby back ribs were slappin!! Tender and had the perfect pull to them. Cut them with a plastic knife... great flavor rub... and glaze. I'm coming back no doubt. Read more
Pleasantly surprised at how good this was. The ribs were nice and tender. Cornbread not my favorite. Get a good amount of food... for $25. I got the TBH platter. *Update went there again for lunch this time. Food was even better than the first time. Theribs and baked beans are soo good. I ordered from Uber eats. I got the two meet basket with 2 sides (mac n cheese and potato salad), fountain soda, and an extra... side of baked bean. I really think the food was a true 4/5. I would give it a 3 if I had ordered to go and they gave it to medirectly if I didn?t think it was possibly the carrier who messed up or sloshed the food around. The mac n cheese noodles didn?ttaste cooked thoroughly and then the cheese was super runny. There was cheese sauce in my potato salad, but again-that couldhave been the driver. I don?t really like the mac n cheese in Texas anyway because I?m a baked Mac person but this was extremelyrunny even for TX. The potato salad was DELICIOUS, the baked beans were DELICOUS, the brisket was my favorite and then I pickedribs as well. The ribs were also a 4/5.
