Was a good experience! Came here for lunch and was mostly empty inside and sat at the bar, my server was a fun friendly guy and... we talked about motorcycles haha Got the whisky burger medium rare and was really good, with a tall blue moon.. Pretty disappointed. Was craving their Cajun pasta all day, I hadn’t had it in years. Called to place a to-go order, the guy... on the phone sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing at all. He asked if I wanted chicken, I said “yes, it comes withchicken and shrimp right?” He just said “uhhh” and kept taking my order. It always comes with chicken and shrimp. Got homeand there was no shrimp in my pasta, which I was really looking forward to. The pasta always comes with both. You literally haveto go in and change the order to put “no shrimp” for this to happen, not to mention I told him I wanted both, because itautomatically comes with both anyways. The last 4 times I have visited TGI Fridays I have been disappointed. The chicken strips are always overcooked and dried out. It... is really ridiculously how hard the strips are, you can't even bite into them. The chicken breast was either under cooked orovercooked and dried out, the wings are always under cooked. Ever since they re-did the menu it has not been the same the flat iron steak is being served as a fajita with cheese and grilled... onions and the side of the jack daniel sauce.
