Thank you to my server Amy for a pleasant first time experience at Texadelphia memorial. I ordered the Queso waffle fríes as an... appetizer and let me tell you it's delicious. The Founders favorite is delicious. The roll is very soft and the mustard blendsauce is amazing compliment to the Philly Cheesesteak. I look forward to my next visit ???? Read more

Not sure why but a few of their other locations have closed. Well worth driving out to this location in the Memorial area...... Bunker Hill/Blalock @I-10. The food was as I remember it (from the closed Montrose & Katy locations), consistent and prettygood. The amount of beef was generous albeit a little on the salty side and the onion rings were as good as I've had in a while. The service was quick and Marcel did a great, attentive job. I wouldn't mind stopping in again if I was in the area. Read more

Katy location?closed. Montrose location?closed. What location is left in Houston? The one near Memorial City Mall. It looked... like Texadelphia was making a comeback in Houston, after being away for many years. The comeback looks like a short one. Newlocations closing and only one left in Houston. It shouldn?t be a problem for a business to remain open if it has a goodproduct. So what?s wrong? I?ve been to the Memorial location twice, and being seated at a table by a host was difficult. Lots ofemployees, or should I say servers, and it shouldn?t be difficult to be seated. On my first visit, the bartender sat me at atable. No server came to my table after 5 minutes. So I went and sat at the bar and ordered. On my second visit, there weremore servers than actual customers. One weird thing that I noticed was the man behind the bar(not sure if it was thebartender)was having to call a server to take the order of a customer at the bar. The same man had to call the server when theman wanted his check. One thing I noticed with Texadelphias is it seems to be really big and it doesn?t need to be. Is it a baror is it a sandwich shop? I know it as a sandwich place. When the Montrose location was open, customers would walk up to acounter, order, take a number, and then take a seat. Someone will bring you the food you ordered. Simple enough. Memoriallocation as well as the closed Katy location, it is different. Not really sure why places have different procedures. I?vealways liked the cheesesteaks from Texadelphia. It?s no different here. Consistency is the same. Chips that are served with thecheesesteaks are light and tasty. Get a side of queso to dip your chips. I?m afraid this location will eventually close and itisn?t because of a lack of a good sandwich. You know the old saying, location, location, location? The address of this place ison Katy Freeway, but the business faces Gaylord, which is the back side of the building. How much are they paying per square Read more

We ordered take out. The Founders Favorite is my favorite. So yummy. The mushrooms and jalapeños are delicious! I get mine with... no onions.., I know, what?s a philly without onions, but I am not a fan of onions. The waffle fries are good. Don?t forget yourextra mustard blend! Its a topper for all my Texadelphia food. Oh, so good! Read more
