First time experience with One Dim Sum and wow! We had a Wedding Luncheon this month and had trouble finding the right Dimsum... restaurant to accommodate to our complicated food restrictions and preference, but Jan, the manager, swooped in to help. We’vewent to countless Dim Sum spots to taste test to walkthrough the menu, but none were pleasant plus the customer service were notreliable to work with. Jan and her team did an outstanding job from the beginning and went above and beyond. I stopped by totaste test two weeks before the big day (YIKES)! Jan and her team sent out the most beautiful and traditional dim sumselections. They were so delicious! None of their menu items with shrimp had any fishy odor or slimy texture compared to theother dim sum restaurants. Each dish the chef sent out were unique and yummy. Not only were their dim sum exceptional, but theircustomer service was fantastic! I couldn’t ask for more! Jan sat down with me and gave me all the details I needed. Herprofessionalism and hospitality made me feel welcome and she assured that everything will go well despite the timeline. Assomeone who works in the food industry, I am really impressed the amount of communication, transparency, and knowledge eachstaff equips. On the day of the delivery, Jan’s team arrived to work early in the morning to hand make the huge order of 250variety of dumplings and Jan herself delivered all of them safely before the expected delivery time! Jan was so sweet throughoutthe entire exchange. She noticed how stressed I was, and again offered to help with decorations or anything to help put me atease. There’s not much parking. Thought I saw a sign to hide your valuables. Traditionally dim sum is breakfast/brunch, here dim sum... is offer for dinner. The dim sum selection is limited. The Peking duck is good. The presentation of the dishes are good, thefood also taste good. The kitchen is some what slow. For a Friday night, surprisingly the place is not packed like some places.If your not too hungry but want something to snack on while chatting with friends, this would be the place. Read more

Overall, good dim sum. My one critique is that the Soup dumplings doesn't come with any ginger garnish, vinegar and soup spoons.... Spoons had to be asked based from what I've observed with other customers. The Chinese broccoli was great and had a nice clean,sweet taste. The dumplings were not over cook or soggy, and was not too bland or salty. I would definitely come back. Read more

It's a new take on dim sum more of your Malaysian variety versus Hong Kong. I haven't signed it yet. The staff is super fast and... friendly. The food is solid but not great. Three menu is priced for a five-star dim sum place but the food is more of a fourstar. I found the spicy wontons not at all spicy. The country was pretty good. The shrimp dumpling was bland. The staff isstressed and all black which is fine, but some are literally in black sweat pants and others are in professional pants. I amgrading on a full 5-star scale and do so with an implicit price-value curve. I am aware that many others on social media maygrade on a 3-point (4 being an average score) or 2-point scale (4 being a poor score), but the fact remains that Google givesus a 5-point scale. To me, 4 stars is great, 3 stars is average and 5 stars should be rare - reserved for true excellence ornear perfection. Read more
