If I could give no stars I would. I?ve been to the restaurant several times and decided to order from their to go service. NEVER... AGAIN! My chicken was so pink and not edible at all. The $85 order we place got thrown in the trash because it was awful! So disappointed, drove several hours for thisexperience. There is no phone number to contact this food pick up hub. Do not go here. Just go to the actual restaurant. I ordered $70 worth of food and it?s NASTY. The yams and the Mac & Cheese... taste NOTHING like the actual restaurant. The food tasted as if somebody in their kitchen at home tried to replicate theoriginal. $70 is too much money on some food that taste like a 12 year old made it. Read more
Unbeknownst to me they gave me a ready time after closing. I got to the establishment before they closed and waited in my car,... saw two ladies looking like they were about to lock the door so I went there to inquire about my order. They wouldn?t open thedoor and didn?t give any info. Ended up talking to a manager of Taste Bar who stated there was nothing he could do. Had to gothrough the process of disputing the transaction with my bank because I was still charged. Never again Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered at 1:45 and the order was noted to be ready by 2:35. Didn't get there until 3 for them to say our... food was not still done aaaand THEY HAD NO WAY OF EVEN TELLING US HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE! When a gentleman said his 2pm orderstill wasn't ready and he didnt know how much longer he would have to wait we left! Specifically asked for the Red Velvet Waffles to be bagged separately because I hate mixing my sweet and savory foods. This is... how it came. I also asked for extra cream cheese. That was not provided. And they didn't give me any syrup for my Waffles thatdidn't come with the strawberry and blueberry garnish like you see in the pictures they post on their Instagram.
