I?ve ordered takeout through DoorDash several times now, and I have to say, this little place is rather tasty! You can tell the... food is homemade. The refried beans have a wonderful texture - definitely not from a can. The chicken flautas have a flavorfulfilling and are hand rolled and then fried! The value is also very good. They don?t include chips and salsa in their orders(at least not for only one entree) but I can understand that. Maybe they can add an ala carte chips and salsa item so I canenjoy those with my Next meal! Give them a try! Read more
I like the place because it is cozy and well lit. I would love to see them offer carne deshebrada and chile rellenos. Other than... that, it is a nice place to have lunch or dinner. Also, their bar has a nice feeling to it. Read more
Tried this place after work one day after seeing it for years on the way home. It was okay. Had enchiladas mexicanas, they... tasted nice. I guess I was hoping more for Jalisco style speciality cuisine with the restraunt's name. The green salsa wasreally good, but I had to ask the waitress to bring salsa & chips to my table after the main dish had already arrived. Waitressonly came to my table twice, once to take my order & once to bring the food despite the empty restraunt; so service could havebeen better. I would probably eat here again for breakfast, or later at night if everything else nearby was closed & I wanted amargarita of decent value. Read more
We had a party of 12 people and I have to say everything was pretty good, nobody complained of their food. The only thing that... was sketchy was that our bill was 149 and the total was 180, obviously the 15% tip was a little off, they just said that theyhad added some items on another sheet. But other than that it was a good atmosphere and the food was good. Read more
A hidden gem!!! We ended up here on our way home from the airport. It was about 11:30 and everything we wanted closed at... midnight. The food is your typical authentic Mexican food. You can smell the aroma the minute you walk in. Good wasDelicious. To our surprise they were doing karaoke. So expect lots of loud music like a typical karaoke place. Will definitelygo again. The food is good, I have been coming with my sister to enjoy a late breakfast at least 3x a week. My problem is the super loud... music, the wait staff is not so attentive and tend to give better service to the men. Also, the owner needs to get up to datewith remodeling this restaurant like many small businesses have. I have lived in the area for over 40 years and as long as thisplace has existed, I have not seen any updates. I have seen other small restaurants remodel during the pandemic, so there is noexcuse. They have a good clientele here and prices increased during the pandemic. Read more
Great service and great taste in food! I had the Camaron a la Plancha, which you can see... was cooked perfectly. Margaritas... were so awesome and of great quality. Salsas had good taste and drinks were fine. They can do better on plate presentation!!Atmosphere is awesome with dedicated furniture and superb authentic decorations!
