I used to go to Tapioca House a bunch back in high school over a decade ago. It\'s very much still a comfort shop for me despite... the fact that there\'s a lot of better boba shops out there. The food is still solid! I got spicy chicken nuggets and tofu witha coffee milk tea (50% sugar). It\'s very filling and still pretty cheap for a good lunch! Read more
They honestly need to higher competant employees. Ones that want to be there or at the very least ones that will pretend. I go... to try and grab carrot juice. There has been several times that the carrots are there but they don\'t want to make it for me soI don\'t get to take the carrot juice. I just end up leaving. The owners should look into this. I came to this location around 1:40pm 6/4 and the young cashier had horrible costumer service. I asked him what does the combo... included and he just said a drink and pointed at the picture. He acted extremely annoyed and like he didn\'t even want to talk.I told him thank you after i paid and he just ignored me and left. Not coming back really bad experience. Quality gone down over the years. Fried Chicken nuggets was overcooked. The braised pork is decent. Price is decent for food.
I ordered a coffee ice blend drink with tapioca and an extra shot of espresso. My drink tasted soo bad I had to come back and... ask for a refund (tasted like old instant coffee with boiled tap water). The owner said no matter how bad it tastes he will notgive anyone their money back. Be careful when ordering. There is a sign on the door. The front desk person was very nice andhelped make me something different but I gave the drink away. I wouldn?t recommend what I ordered. Read more
Yummy crispy chicken steak with green tea with tapioca on the side. What a great combo! The only thing I have a gripe about is... the coffee milk tea, it?s good but there?s this weird aftertaste I think its the sweetener they use. But that?s just my opinion.The place is still always good. Read more
Love taphouse meal combo. I go at least once a week. Just beware their cup is very thin. sweet milk tea all over the car. ????
