Got the egg bomb and eel roll. They both were really good but my favorite was the eel roll. The eel roll was savory and saucy... and the eel was soft and tender. The egg bomb tasted good and the sausage gave it a nice sweetness but not too much. Read more
This is as authentic as you'll get to Taiwanese breakfast in Houston!!! Rolls are ON POINT. I've had many elsewhere where the... rice is too tough or the filling isn't proportional to the rice and it's just basically rice instead. Soy milk is freshly made(so it's hot) and not sweet at all even though it says it is in the ?????. For those who don't know Chinese, ?? Ordered online for no wait pickup for an easy and fast lunch. Tried the eel and egg bomb rolls, both were really good and not... expensive at $6/roll with purple rice which has a nice chew.
