Overall the cake was fine? I ordered a strawberry cake for my daughters sweet 16. The strawberry cake was tasty and moist.\n\nMy... only complaint was my cake was supposed to ready at 1 pm on Sat 10/15. I arrived about 1:20ish? was told it was ready and beingboxed up?. Waited another 10 mins or so and then was told the gold flakes / decor was being added. I was already running behindas our party was scheduled to start at 3. I told the employee I would run home quickly to grab something and I?d be right back(since my cake was ready)? I returned right at 2. They brought my cake out, I glanced at it and took it and left (again I?m in ahurry).\n\nOnce I got to our destination and took the cake out the box, there wasn?t any good pearls, good sprinkles or any ofthe good decorations that I discussed when ordering the cake and paid for?. If you look at the pics, the cake is all white withthe exception of my daughters name and the flowers?. So that was a let down?\n\nBut the cake itself was flavorful. Read more
Stopped in for a bad day at work treat. Got the family a 6 pack of cupcakes. Place was clean and staff was very nice. Cupcakes... were $4 a piece and absolutely delicious. Frosting was buttercream which melted in my mouth. New favorite location. Read more
I?ve ordered several cakes from here through the years, and while they are 40 mins away, the drive is always worth it! They... always exceed my expectations and the employees are super kind and accommodating. Honestly the cake was good but I was just so impressed how they were spot on with the cake design! My son loved it it was a my... singing monsters design and he loved it so much! We showed them a picture and they really did it better than the pic I showedthem! Thank you guys you really made a kid happy. I?ve had their carrot cake and it was absolutely amazing. Bought my daughter?s birthday cake from here and it was just way way... too sweet with very little actual vanilla flavor to it. Very disappointed and the kids didn?t even want to finish their slices. They chose ice cream over cake or no dessert at all for the rest of the week so it just sat there uneaten sadly. Read more
I have ordered multiple cakes from them. Their cakes are delicious. They are inexpensive compared to other bakeries. But you can... tell when they are pressed for time. This is the second time I?ve picked up a cake that just wasn?t as neat as the othersthey?ve prepared. Today, I asked about having the printed label replaced and was told it was too late, however it looked likethey had just put it on. In fact, I can clearly see a gap between the cake and the label. The top of the cake has smudges but Idigress. The last time I had an issue with a cake and asked them to fix it they made it worst. They were clearly busy. But I wasnot the only customer that had an issue. I would have given them 5 stars because the cakes are good but I need them to be moreconsistent with the presentation.
