Okay so yesterday I went to this tacocabana for a uber delivery got there everything seemed fine, until they asked me if I was... there for a pickup and I told them yes and gave them the order name and they said okay, I was like okay cool maybe they arealmost done with it but nope literally stood there by the kitchen for like 15 min still nothing, same lady that asked me what Iwas there for asked me the same thing again 2 more times so after taking about 20 min they finally finished my order, the wayshe gave me the order was very disrespectful literally tossed it on the counter and said (there it is) never will I pick upanything from this place again! Taco Cabana will do when you're really hungry and you can't think of anything else to eat. But always check your order because... nine times out of 10 it's going to be wrong. Maybe cuz while you're ordering they keep asking you; is that it, is that it, isthat it, no I will tell you when that's it. Everybody's in a hurry to wait. You might get a hello ,you might get a thank you atthe window ,or not. Now some of their items I do really enjoy like the fajita nachos. I just find it's hard to get goodcustomer service anywhere. Usually they get it right. Cashier kept insisting that I ordered a naco plate instead of a taco plate. She was very rude and... tried ignoring me when I asked to change it. At least they have margaritas but they went up a dollar. Starting to become notworth it. Read more
Ordered curbside pick up for 7:00pm. Arrived at restaurant and called phone number provided for pick up but got no answer. After... several attempts at calling and reaching their voicemail, I decided to go to the drive-thru window instead. I was allowed topick my curbside up at the drive-thur after a 6 minute wait. No apology was offered due to issues with curbside process. Iasked for an additional sauce which thankfully I did because when I got home the sauces I placed on my order were not in myoriginal bag. I ordered the pork street tacos, a side of rice and a margarita. The tacos were so greasy. They were literallysitting in oil wrapped in foil. I had to use several napkins to absorb it. The rice was flavorless and cold. That hands downwas the absolute WORSE experience. I would not recommend Taco Cabana and will not be returning again! It?s a shame they wouldtreat a customer that way and serve such horrible food. Read more

The food was not bad but there's no reason to come here anymore since removing Carne guisada and Barbacoa from the menu. I... used to come religiously and even though those Carne guisada tacos were a small part of my order, they were the drivingfactor. As for the rest, I got no salsa with my chicken tacos and there is no more salsa bar inside. Who is leading thiscompany? Read more
