I have ordered from this location a few times for both take out and dine in, and have been satisfied with most every experience.... While I am very happy with the food and service, there was one occasion where I was not provided with my entire order. Icontacted Taco Cabana support and was quickly offered either a refund or a re-order. I was extremely satisfied with the speedand understanding with this incident and I had not experienced the same issue prior or since. My only other complaint would bethat there is no way to order a fountain drink from the app, only cans are available, although I believe this is a limitationwithin the app, rather than an issue with the location. Ordered curbside and I had to go inside after 20 minutes of waiting. Then had to wait longer and my nachos aren?t even nachos... anymore. They are a soggy mess Read more

Got home and no meat in the order! They even knew we left with out it when we called once getting home. No customer service to... rectify any of the order. The manager spoke softly and didn't seem to even care. Bad service, chips we got home with were staleand tasted like made in old oil. Read more

I tried to order chicken flautas with queso and as a plate (rice and beans) but the person upfront was trying to charge me extra... for a queso. Might be a computer error or a dumb employee. Went to another taco cabana and got my correct meal. Not saying don'tgo here but watch out! Taco cabana really needs to bring back the salsa bar. I had the employee running back and forth for morestuff that I could have easily gotten myself at the salsa bar.. Read more

I use to eat her every week when I was younger me and wife stopped by for quick snack couple of tacos food hasn't changed still... good . Add on The cashier young black man black mask very helpful and polite in the evening about 7pm also tall Hispanic manvery helpful with sauces older man by grill with glasses didn't even speak ???? but oh well maybe he just cooks lol Read more

Joe, who was at the drive thru, was the nicest, kindest person. He was very courteous and he explained that their card sensor... was not accepting Google Pay or Apple pay. He then gave me my food and told me to catch him next time. This is what goodcustomer service is all about. I've been having a bad few weeks, but Joe, you made my day. Read more

Bean & Chorizo tacos were very OILY. The oil got all over my vintage leather seats. Come on. On top of that I didn't receive my... pico de gallo. The drive thru cashiers need to focus more. Read more
