I rate it 3/5 because Sherry or Cherry. She was extremely rude, rushed me the whole time. The nice young lady Rachel, took over... and brought out my food. She was super nice and overall made my experience better! The Manager?s needs to handle Ms. Sherry.This is my second time experiencing bad management with Sherry and Josefina. A lady named sherry was so rude and didn?t seem excited to take my order she had a attitude the whole time and rolled her eyes... every time I asked for something else please remover her from that position!! I'll give this place a two ???? due to the gentleman that took my order was courteous. Now the food was a different story. I... had orded a taco cabana salad and let me just say It came with a good size of plastic mixed in my food, I took it back. Yes theymade me a new one but of course i did NOT eat it. My children had nachos but they also left it due to chips being harder than arock. They should definitely be cautious ppl can get sick we as customers pay for our food it not free. Js Read more

The selections have changed since I've eaten at a Taco Cabana and not like it used to be. I didn't stay and order anything.... Reminded me of a glorified taco bell.
