DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING HERE AFTER 5pm.. Morning and Mid shift will make your food hot and fresh. Accurate for all of my special orders 3. The inside is clean (when dining in) 4. Not a great experience today, lady at the drive thru was not very friendly, turned her back on the window once the drinks were... given to me and did not acknowledge or say anything until the food was "ready". I asked the lady if everything was in the bag asI had to return back to work and she said yes, found multiple items missing from my order. Spoke with the manager about the foodissue, very respectful and stated that they will remake my order whenever I go back over to this location. Read more
When we arrived there were three cars in the drive thru, and no customers inside. After about 8 minutes, and three employees... making eye contact and completely ignoring us- the girl in the drive thru leaned around wall. She said, ?Can you use the kiosk,it?s gonna be a long time.? Not in a questioning way, nor did she care if we responded. She was back out of sight before shefinished the last word. Then we ordered at the Kiosk, and sat down at a table we cleaned off to use. While we were waiting, theyset a bag on counter for a delivery driver. When that driver arrived, the drive thru girl was at counter to talk before she evenmade it all the way in the door. After about 15 minutes, a guy called my name for our order. My husband went to the counter, andthe employee looked at him, and turned around and walked away. Not a smile, a head nod, or a single word. He just walked away.We ordered a Mexican Pizza combo, and 2 enchiritos. My husband had to go back, and wait a few more minutes in order to get thecup for the drink. I went back to the counter to ask for sauce, as my ?enchiritos? had only about one one inch of save acrossthe very centers. I requested more sauce, and after staring at me like I was insane, the employee got me some sauce in a smallto go container. I thanked him and we sat down. I excitedly started eating my ?enchiritos?. IT HAS BEEN SO LONG SINCE I COULDORDER ONE. At this point, I realized that I had two tortillas with only beans in them. At one end of both ?enchiritos?, therewas a bunch of onions, but by that point it was basically just tortilla. The thing is- there was absolutely no point in tryingto get it fixed, because the employees just didn?t care.
