Employees won?t acknowledge you over speaker, when they do they mumble and you can?t understand them and they get an attitude... when you ask them to repeat themselves. They?re also rude at the window and will just shove your food at you? Also, apparentlyyou can only order specific stuff online now? Because not being able to order it at the location makes total sense. Only getting3 stars because it?s Taco Bell and you get what you get. May the odds be in your /flavor/. Read more
Friendly faces, happy smiles, wonderful food!! Thank you to the wonderful staff here. The food was HOT and FRESH! We got done... early at the Rustic over in Houston and we?re looking for some after the show grub! Taco Bell is definitely a go to. We chattedwith the coolest dude, Daniel! I know what you're thinking: "5 stars for a Taco Bell??" This rating is "as compared to other Taco Bell & similar fast food... places" so settle down there ok? ???? I took away a star for atmosphere because I used the drive thru when it was raining, andthe tiny covering over the speaker where you place your order was not effective in keeping the rain out of my car. Have had some issues with quality of food and incorrect orders. I continue to return because what do you expect from Taco... Bell? The thing that grinds my gears is: it used to say Taco Bell and then Breakfast right underneath the sign. My mother-in-law is a 72 year old diabetic and ended up pulling into this Taco Bell as she was feeling weak due to low blood... sugar. The staff was very compassionate keeping watch over her until my husband and I could get there. Paris was our'watchdog' and we cannot begin to express our gratitude for this wonderful young man. It's so refreshing to receiveconfirmation there are still caring and genuine individuals in this world that will think of others first. Read more

I wanted to give more stars but this is the third time I?m the last 2 weeks that I?ve gotten stale chips. I don?t even wanna say... that that?s what they are but something ain?t right about these chips they have a god awful taste and after Taste.
