THIS TACO BELL IS A JOKE! Was really happy when I saw it open . I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Wallisville but now that... I've been there several times I can say I won't be back. The food is either wrong, missing, or out . Oh and they don't know whatgoes on their own menu items . Man couldn't go high than a 3... Overall the food was good but I damn near broke my teeth on there steak chalupa it was so hard... I just ate the inside... Went through the drive thru at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. Ordered 2 Burrito Supremes with extra sour cream. Food was... thrown together, all ingredients were not available. Food was inedible. All of the sour cream was on one side and shot outeverywhere. Apparently the preparer, the night manager and the window clerk don't care about their jobs or the customer's theywait on. I must start by saying everybody needs lunch. I originally ordered on the Taco Bell app and when I got there they said they had... no record of the order, I was a little upset but they didn't charge my card so it was fine. I reordered but the cashier'sattitude was very bothersome but cool I just wanted the food. They had no plastic bags for my food so I had to carry out theboxes okay then I get to work and start to eat and the grilled cheese burritos looked horrible. Normally I would give a foodplace another chance but due to the cashier's attitude and the food presentation I will never go back. This location is a joke. They do not care about getting the order right and we don't order anything customized or complicated!... We order food off the menu just how it comes. There's always an ingredient missing. They don't put ANY sauce on the chickenquesadilla that comes in the combo, which is the only reason I order it. Order a chips n cheese, and they don't give you thechips. The place was empty and there was only one car at the window and they were visiting an employee. The food and service areso bad it's comical. I don't expect much from fast food, but it should be consistent from location to location. I can order thesame meal at the Taco Bell on Shepherd and it's great, order here and it will be terrible. Don?t recommend I just bought Taco Bell (November 20,2020) I got 6 Doritos locos tacos, every single one smelled nasty asff !... The tortilla was past due, the flavor wouldn?t go away from my mouth I had to stop by a store to buy a mint to see if it wouldtake the flavor away.
