Went to Taco Bell off the South loop freeway the other night Friday night ordered the grill cheese box so in the Box it comes... with a taco or chalupa and burrito so when I open it up the chalupa was wet my drink did not have a lot in it it wasn't filledup to the top I asked for sauce while I was in the Drive-Thru the gentleman that was working to drive through said he was in thebox so he flat out in line a friend of mine took her child there and she ordered the chalupa box come to find out at chalupa wasburned I just said Taco Bell off of South loop West freeway so be very careful when you go there and make sure you check yourfood before you leave the drive-thru or the walk in. But if you have any problem going there at night I'm going through thedrive-thru make sure you check your food and make sure when you actually sauce is in the Box and in the bag so I had a badexperience at that Taco Bell off of South main in the South loop West freeway Read more
Since the start of inflation this year, I?ve have had a string of disappointing experiences at different Taco Bell locations... with the value for food being very poor (skimpy portions, skipped ingredients). So, it was very refreshing to have a hearty mealfor two, off the value menu last night at this location. Food for fresh, filling, all the veggies were served, order was correctand above all the drive through staff was very attentive and patient, late at night at this super busy location. Second time I?ve been here within two weeks. The first time I just wanted a drink. They were very nice and entertaining. Today... is my second visit and they quick service shocked me. I ordered for 5 people to dine in. By time we got our drinks the food wasbrought out to us. ???????? Read more
I was greeted upon entering. The young lady who greeted me promoted using their kiosk to order. I had planned on using it to... check the menu items, but I went ahead and ordered on it as well. I ended up ordering the Power Menu Bowl off of the power menuand a spicy potato soft taco off of the value menu. I always enjoy the potato taco, but I was a little disappointed with theportion size of the power bowl. It was nothing like the picture on the menu, but that's not shocking. Despite this, I enjoyedthe bowl. The young lady who greeted me stopped by and asked me how the bowl was since it was my first time trying it. I toldher it was smaller than expected and she understood. She did recommended the taco bowl for the next time as it would probably bemore satisfying. Overall, it was a great visit. service was fast enough, the food was pretty good. restaurant was very clean. they have new digital screen orders which is great... if you don't wanna wait or if you want to see the whole menu and all the products they can't fit on the regular board. Read more
