Get some people that actually want to work!! Supposed to close at 2 and they lied and said the grill stopped working at 1:30!!!... I then asked if the fryer was on so I can get cinnamon delights and someone yelled in the back in anger NOOO after he said heturned it off!! Even if your grill isn?t working then you?re suppose to offer things that can be made in the fryer!! like that?sunacceptable!! Its not hard to stay open till 2.. if you don?t want to work late then find another job!! I never have a problemwhen I come when the day crew is there only when the night crew, they?re always rude and find some type of lie so they have areason to to tell customers they can?t order!! Liked the store the best part is their self service kiosk. There are lot of vegetarian options and the self service kiosk allows... you to choose veggie mode that filters out to show only veggie options. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Read more
I love Taco Bell but Today I saw a hair in my food box
I hadn't been to the Bell in a good 40 years. But I was hungry, afoot, and it was a Texas hot day -- so the Bell beckoned. ... Anything's better than McDonalds, I thought. And I wasn't disappointed! This old vegan saw a whole lot of changes since my lastvisit -- expanded menu, empty dining room. The most charming young man waited on me, assuring me that the dine in was open andexplaining the menu. To my delight, Taco Bell has much healthier menu options than any other fast food -- including foodtrucks. The dining area was perfectly clean and very pleasant. Even the drinks area was spotless and dry. I ate my beanburrito and kvelled at the taste of the sauce! Softly spicy, well rounded, a perfect compliment to the well seasoned pintos ...why oh why had I not been there for so long??? I finished eating and Glory! Even the trash cans were clean and odorless! Kudosto the manager and crew of Taco Bell, Voss and Hillcroft, Houston. Where the drive through is busy, the walk in is not (why dopeople want to eat in the car? Gross!), and the food is wonderful, and the service is THE BEST!!!!! Read more
This Taco bell was alright. I know know to always order at the counter and bought a sweet tea. Employee offered me a happy hour... drink for 1.00 which I wasn't aware they had. Great job ???????? Read more
Balled up quesadilla with the filling all over the bag. They also included stuff I didn't order that looked old and was cold. So... idk. Couldn't take it back because I was on lunch. Didn't eat that trash. Wasted my money and my time. Read more
