I usually love taco bell but this the food was all too spicy. The grill steak burrito was burnt and the chalupas were soggy, too... spicy and had very little sour cream. The only thing that was edible was the hard shell taco. Read more

I walked into this tacobell expecting to have a good decent lunch but I walk in and all I hear is the manager screaming at one... of her employees to the point where i wanted to tell her to shut up. No one deserves to be screamed at or talked down to. I feltso bad for that employee and I will never return here, if she treats her employees like that imagine how she will treat acustomer. I was told that Taco bell's kios is a 3rd party. You can NOT get a paper reciept from the kios nor the counter after ordering... from the kios. Nor can you cancel your order after ordering from the kios because they can not refund you your money from thecounter if you order and pay at the kios. Disgusting, bad and outright disrespectful. The African American manager lady that works there seems like she is always having a... bad day due to which customers like me have to suffer and go through this experience.. the food was not only bad it was COLD noteven room temperature let alone fresh !!! On top of everything it had a HAIR IN IT !!!! I love taco bell and never had thisexperience at any of their other locations !!! Corporate needs to really inspect this location of theirs by sending a secretshopper or something and see for themselves how bad their service and FOOD IS !!!
