Lobby was closed with drive thru only availability. I ride a motorcycle so that was very inconvenient for me. Not to mention... that by the time I got my food home it was cold....The crewmember at the window took my order told me a price of $13.96 I handedher $14.00 and she then proceeded to say to sir this is only 14 dollars..I said yes ma'am you said my total was $13.96. She thensaid to me no sir its $15.42.. another crewmember heard her and corrected her but kinda felt like she was attempting to make$1.50 off me...I was very dissatisfied with this trip to Taco Bell and will be contacting Taco Bell Corporate offices with mycomplaints as well Read more
Bull$#!t! This is the last time I spend my money at this location! Old a$$ food! Broken tacos all soft and soggy. Chalupas hard... and stale, one had some nasty sauce which I didn't order. Consistent and actually seems more fresh than others. Smiling staff and engaging, main cook and man that makes the magic happen... came runnin out because I had not received the nacho cheese, so there where two. This location is the reason I am refraining from Taco Bell? or should I say from this specific location.. on multiple occasions... I had food containing their MEAT and it IS AWFUL! I cannot explain what it tastes like. I can?t say if it?s old, seasoningisn?t mixed in? I have no idea what they are doing with the meat here? just try your luck, hopefully you get it on a good day?however, from my encounters, it doesn?t matter what you order, a chalupa, taco, burrito or the dang Mexican pizza that they arealways sold out on. I come to this location atleast 4 times per week. When I come to the lobby at 645pm the doors are locked. The drive thru... employees have attitudes all the time as if the customers purchases are coming from their personal bank account. The tortillasare always hard and cold. The employees get mad and snappy when you request your food to be fresh as if they don't do it whenthey order fast food. The evevirmonet seems very negative. As a loyal paying customers TACO BELL you need to do better. No onewants to eat cold food or hard tortillas especially from people with nasty attitudes towards the customers coming to your placeof buisness. I will definitely be taking my buisness else where.
