I went through drive through 1am after work. I bought burrito Supreme, and hard shell taco. The customer service was ok. Problem... was I noticed little fibres in my food. Someone shaved and there hairs were in the food. I just came from the Emergency Room.FOOD POISON. Please look at your food carefully. Very disgusting! Read more

The most worst experience ever in my life regarding Taco Bell. The manager was talking to a customer about personal things in... Spanish for 15 min knowing I'm still waiting to have my order taken. It was obviously intentional because I ask her can youtake my order. She ignored me. I had to yell in the back and ask the woman working the drive thru to take my order. Aftergetting my order she still kept talking. Read more

The staff is extremely kind. If you order one of those $2 burritos ???? like I did you get what you pay for. Never again. Maybe... order without the rice it was hard. The burrito was exceptional besides that. I ate half of it but couldn't go any further. Read more

Thought I would not have to do this again, but these folks need to pay attention to details and quality control. I paid $1... extra for extra meat on each for a total of 7 tacos. The amount of meat was less than a pencil width in each. Because of badweather I certainly did not want to return for a redo. I did call the manager and he did offer a complete redo, and I did tellhim that it was a waist of $7 plus the family was hungry and was eating them as they were... meatless!! My point to the managerwas to inform his employees to be detail oriented. But, what can you expect from minimum wage and they want $15+ an hour. Read more

I like the vegetarian menu but sometimes the service sucks. Usually the males are super rude. Had one drop my credit card on the... ground out the drive thru window and he just walked off. I didn't expect him to come out and pick it up but an offer or evenjust an apology would've been nice as I was riding with someone who is disabled and has more difficulty kneeling to the ground, unlike the young man who shut the window in our faces without so much as a peep. This was late in the evening too, so theyweren't exactly swamped. Another of the young males didn't add mild sauce to my bag as asked, so I had to go in. Not realizingthere was a selection of sauces on a bar I couldn't see, I asked this young man for mild sauce. He scooped two massive handsfull at me (literally almost a sack full!) then wordlessly pointed to the bar as though I am stupid (the sauce bar is locatedalongside the back of a booth or wall and not easily seen from where I was standing at the registers). Just rude anddisrespectful behavior from these children. The ladies have all been pleasant so far, however. The food is typical Taco Bell andI am pleased with the vegetarian menu options. Always yummy on that late night munchie run. Read more

Went through the drive threw tonight and I was extremely dissatisfied. Ordering was fairly easy, but the clerk was being short... and kept rushing me through my order. I ordered 3 Mexican pizzas; 1 without tomatoes and sauce, 1 two piece cinnabon delights, 1medium cherry pepsi, and 1 large pineapple freeze. When I got to the window the clerk handed me my freeze and took my payment. She then handed me my food and told me to have a nice night. I realized I didn't get my Pepsi so I checked my receipt to makesure it was on there. It was. I waved to get the clerks attention, I held out my receipt to her and said I did not get my Pepsithat I had ordered. She didn't look at the receipt but instead asked, where you charged for one? Her co-worker looked shocked byher question. He could see me trying to show her the receipt. When I finally got her to look at my receipt she said oh just giveme a second. Sorry I forgot it. When I arrived home and opened my food is when I noticed that not one of the Mexican pizzas hadbeen cut. -_- Don't think I'll be going back here for a while... Read more
