Do not go to this place. There was no one in the drive through and I tried to place 2 orders. Guy suggested I go inside to place... second order. Really? No business and they refused to take a second order. I drove off and went to the other Taco Bell andplaced both orders with no problem. Read more
I placed and order at the kiosk. I waited in the lobby maybe 15mins before I decide to inquire about the wait. When I asked the... manager about my order, she replied "no order came thru." I assured her there was definitely an order being I could see thetransaction pending on my account. She then look at me at told me " I don't know what to tell you, no order came thru." At thispoint I was beyond passed, I mean she didn't even take the time to look. After going back and forth with her and anotheremployee I literally walked out the store. I was called back in and addressed with my order. I couldn't believe how rude andunapologetic they were. Customer service is definitely not what it use to be. Read more
