This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to if I could give them lower than just one star I would it is the worst... Taco Bell I went in there ordered my food and they just came back with a nacho cheese fries and I was craving those how are theygoing to serve a pregnant women cold french fries and the fries are already pre-made they're not even heated they're extra coldI had to demand a refund they tried to give me more cold fries and I was not having that this is the worst food service I'veever had from Taco Bell I really give it a no-star rating I will never eat at this Taco Bell location or any Taco Bell everagain it is have ruined my entire experience with Taco Bell Read more

Ordered online and got a confirmation that it was ready. It was not ready. I had to pull around and wait 10 min to bring out... my food. When she came out she forgot my drink. She went in and came back out 10 min later with an empty glass and said theydon't have that flavor of Gatorade. She said it took so long because she had to take other orders. I left without the drink. I did wantbto wait around another 10-20 min. 5 layer burrito was tiny. Better places in the area. Read more

I ordered on the app the craving box but instant of that they put all my order in one brown bag and if you see the recipe I... orded 10 of each sauce they only 2 pack each that's 6 sauce packs and when I asked the girl says she Is not allowed to giveextra when I show her my recipe the guy just came from some where and give way extra sauce in a rude way and just close thewindow after all that when I open my crunchwrap I paid extra for steak instant of ground meat I have put the pics they never putthe steak and charge me for worst experience at this location Read more

They told me order when ready then told me to pull around so others could order Once I was ready the second time they told me... they didn't have any of the boxes I requested So I ordered another box once I go to the window the guy had an attitude and toldme to back up behind the yellow pole Once I got my food I look at it to check for accuracy and it was fine Upon getting homeall of the tacos in the box where broke. And the Supreme burrito I was charged 5 dollars for was actually a burrito from thedollar menu For someone that comes there almost every day I will not be going back and they where wrong for crushing my tacosas I feel that they did it on purpose as I was told to back up behind the window and handed food with an attitude lost acustomer at this location for good Read more

I went to this taco bell and ordered 2 spicy double steak grilled cheese burritos one no sour cream and a bean and cheese... burrito no onion I get up to the window and pay and then am told to pull up to wait for my order as are the 2 cars behind me Iget my order, pleased with the expedient service and go home to share it with my boyfriend. When we get home and look at ourburritos the cheese on top is not grilled at all and stuck to the paper. So we decided to take them back. We drove back to thissame taco bell with the burritos and the ticket and told the speaker what happened and they told us to pull up. At the windowthe attendant asked the problem then said he'd remake them, which was great. But then came back and said they didn't haveanymore steak so it'd have to be chicken. So we asked for our money back. Which the staff didn't seem to understand our problemcoming up to the window telling/showing us there was no sour cream on one. And then they asked us to pull forward to wait on ourmoney back. When we refused to pull up for our refund the window attendant threw his headset off and stormed out and the ladyfrom the kitchen came and told us to pull up too.
