Sept 25,2022. Staff member at the drive-through was rude. Did not greet me at all once I pulled up the window. Repeated my total... to me twice as I was getting my money together which came out VERY passive aggressive. And lastly did not ask me if I wanted anysauce, to what I had to ask myself for. Staff are generally very friendly and kind, food is always good as one would hope for at a Taco Bell. The only reason this isn?t... a five star review is because I can?t tell you how many times I?ve gone through the drive through, and ordered for someone aburrito (or anything else) that?s very specifically different and I?ll order a burrito and there will be no indication on who?sburrito is who?s. Was trying to order and was trying to figure out the difference between the boxes and was told very rudely that they only have... one. Then the manager came on and went on said the same thing again rudely! I just told them it would be nice if you updatedyour menu because that?s what it states. I order 2spicy beef burritos and tell her no rice and she says rice doesn?t go on it. So I get my order and there?s rice on both... burritos so then I go back to let them correct it. Love this location. Friendly service. Sometimes you get a bad worker that?s new or is just rude, but most of the time I go to... this location bc they do what they?re supposed to. The tall dark manager with Dreadlocks is awesome. When I had/have a problemhe always fixes & knows how to communicate with customers. I wouldn?t be surprised if he has taken classes in management. I liveby 2 locations, this one is a minute further than the location on 17721 FM-529, but I would rather go to this location any dayor night due to the customer service. Read more
