I have been to this location several times. They always have new workers. Yesterday was the worst experience. Which was 9/28/22.... One of the cashiers didn?t seem to be trained well on taking orders. Our food came to fast. It was very hot on the outside butthe inside of the food was cold. The shrimp had been reheated be a they were mushy. The turkey necks didn?t taste as fresh. Thepotatoes were hard. It was just horrible. The crabs were ice cold on the inside. It was just ridiculous. This was one of ourfavorite spots. Won?t be back anytime soon. Wasted time and money. Read more
Tried this place for the first time today i have to say i am disappointed! I ordered a crawfish poboy the crawfish taste like... its been sitting up for the entire and rewarmed nd put on bread? horrible horrible bc my husband really enjoyed the boil pack hegot? Dont think I?ll be trying anything else? Read more
The pricing is fair given the amount of food you receive. The food itself is extraordinary for how simple it is. Cashier was friendly but it's really loud inside so it's hard to order. All of the workers had their masks under chin...wjats... the point of wearing one? Shrimp fried rice was perfect. The stuffed shrimp was burnt or (very well done for a "nicer" term)andstuffed with jalapeno and cheddar. Very small dark pieces. Not worth the price. Not many items on the menu but it was extremelypacked. I waited over 30 minutes. My food was hot and fresh. Will definitely go back for the rice. Nothing else. Disgustingrestroom. Horrible customer service! I placed an order an hour ahead of time online and part of my order was missing I called back and the... rude employee said they have to review cameras in order to refund the order I never got. The order was suppose to be ready at6:25 and it wasn?t ready until 10 min after. If you?re gonna have people waiting, ID people, ask for the card they pay with, theLEAST you can do is get the order right. The smoothies are delicious! I had the peach mango one. The Swai fish nuggets were good! I added Cajun seasoning. I wish they... were fried a little harder because I prefer my fish crispy. I?m not sure if it softened from the trapped steam from being placedin the styrofoam container or what. The meat inside was flaky and moist. I didn?t care for the fries. They were too hard andnot that hot. They didn?t taste fresh or made too order. The texture was like they were cooked in advance and then sat under awarmer light. The famous Cajun fried rice is nothing special. They give you a whole lot of rice and very little shrimp orcrawfish. It was dry. You definitely need soy or some other type of sauce. The hush puppies were bland and I?ve definitely hadbetter other places. The mild swamp sauce was good! First it taste like garlic butter but then the heat hits you. It was moremedium than mild to me. The spice/heat lingers in your mouth and throat after you eat the food. It made my nose run. The foodis very affordable and portion size is good. We (party of 2) dined here for the first time today around 2 pm. It took 15minutes for the food to be prepared and our order number to be called out. The place was busy when we first arrived with peopledining in and picking up to go orders. The staff could do a better job keeping tables cleaned. All of the tables were dirtywhen we arrived. I wiped ours off with a paper towel but it still had sauce residue so wasn?t technically clean when weate. Customer service was okay but nothing memorable. I used to love this place. Food was always amazing. But the last 3 times I've picked up, the snow crab has been very very... disappointing. Not sure what happened, but they are not seasoning the food at all. No juice. No garlic. Cold. This is what itwas like before, to now. Same exact order. Months apart. The left only has sauce because I added 2 of the swamp sauce my self. Read more
A couple of friends and I stopped by for the first time today. My first impression was how clean man?s spacious it was. They... kept the lid e moving too. The menu is extensive and the orders of others look good. I?m a seafood lover but I went with theCajun battered 5 wings for $10. They were good and big.
