The 2 ladies I had were very disrespectful. They spoke about me in Spanish because I mistakenly almost ordered the wrong... sandwich. Not knowing I have a decent background in their choice of language.I do not recommended their customer service skills.More training on how to deal with customers needs to be done. Read more

I'm going to give it a 3 ? because I work there and I work my azz off to be getting paid $8.00 but I have mad respect for the... customers that comes in they love me and I love them too I make everyone happy as I'm doing that food sometimes I over Due whatI'm soposed to do. But today I was on my last breaking ???? point for me to get a call from the manager saying he thought ????my 8 year old son was stealing money out the register when the guys next door gave my baby a tip of 7 or 8.00 to get out theregister so he lay all the one's out on the counter so he can make sure he get the right change that the hair cut man have himas a tip for him to keep.. so today I was just overwhelming with what was said to me about my son. Our sandwiches were good enough. Service people are chinchy with ingredients as if they are the ones who pay for the spinach,... lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pickles & mayo. Since then, we started making our own sub sandwiches at home, with fresh baked breadfrom the store, anybody can do that & so much cheaper!!! Read more

I grabbed lunch here on my break from work and there was only one person working, with consistent customers coming in and online... orders. I asked the only girl there working if it was usually like this and she said yes. There should be at the very least twopeople but usually 3 especially during lunch time when there?s a rush that is inevitably going to happen. Two to deal withcustomers and online orders and one extra person there for help and to do prep/refills. It?s unacceptable to put all of thatwork onto one person. She was seemingly overwhelmed while cashing one person out and two others waiting on they food or to gettheir order taken it is too much for one person alone. Although I will say Kimberly had amazing customer service andcraftsmanship with her food. Read more

Everytime I go into this place, someone who knows absolutely nothing about their job makes my wrap. At least train your people... how to make a wrap and cut it. Inexcusable. Read more

We love eating at subway. Never had a problem until today. The staff person gave me the impression I was a bother. Wasn't... happy when I told him I had 3 sandwiches. When I asked him to heat the meat only he said "meat is hot already". I get homemeat on all 3 sandwiches were refrigerator cold. Very disappointing. Read more
