The lady making my sandwich was not a bad person she seemed pretty nice but the problem was she didn't understand English. She... also barely put any meat on my sandwich. She didnt heat my bacon up properly and she put an excessive amount of pepper on mysandwich when I asked for Salt. I paid for it even after watching all of this because I didn't want to seem like i was beingmean to her. I won't be letting her make my sandwich next time though... Read more

This is a common problem across many locations. When ordering online they leave out ingredients. I will check my sandwiches... before I leave so they dont leave something out. Read more

Okay I have never had a issue with subway. this is always my happy place to go. today was different. I went in at about 4 pm to... get my usual, the lady that helped me had a attitude and didn't wrap the sandwich correctly causing it to leak all over my carand the desk at my work. it was also very cold, the cheese didn't even melt. and the olives were bad, and she stuffed thesandwich WAYYY more than I wanted. now I get the same thing EVERY time I go to subway, never once have I felt so sick to mystomach from eating there. absolutely disappointed. like come on subway, I expected better. assumed everything was made correctly for curbside got a totally different sandwich which had taken a bite of nothing but pork... which family can't eat and had to drive all the way back with little to no remorse for the mistake. This place could cause harmif people have food allergies and they don't watch what they are doing. Read more

I love a 6" Tuna on untoasted white bread. Fresh spinach, tomato, red onion, cucumber and jalapeno, topped with mayonnaise, are... my choice of toppings to make my favorite sandwich. Clean and friendly atmosphere for a fast lunch! Read more

Living in Texas where it is a choice to wear masks. You choose not to serve because I did not have a mask. I am a customer that... has been in a few times without the mask and been served. Can not believe you are willing to loose money...as I said before beenthere many times in the past, never seen anyone clean a table after someone eats. Your loss subway!! Read more

The Lady "manager" (I think)is so rude with the trainee and rude with the customer's also. If she's in charge she should have... more patience with the trainees and train them properly not screaming at them and yelling to him and getting mad with thecustomer's and she gave me the wrong bread because she was more focused scolding the boy than listening to the customer. He isjust learning, give him a proper trainer. Read more
