First of all, they need to hire people who speak anglish clearly and effectively, this is America, we are a diverse land but we... also need to be able to communicate with people who make our food. Also there are a bunch of you g girls who need to put thephone down and learn how to make a sandwich and listen to what people say. It's a sandwich, it's not that hard. These peoplewant to make $15 an hour? Literally I wouldn't pay these people more than minimum wage. That opinion might change when theylearn how to put meat on bread in the order I ask for it, but as of right now? Learn to speak English, learn to listen, and getoff your phone. Read more
It was ok but the parking lot is very tight space for cars
I usually go there for lunch and at times have ordered their party platter for the occasional office party and the staff has... always been attentive to my needs, I give them 5 stars. Read more
New refresh means the old pricing and sandwiches are gone. Gotta treat it like a new restaurant. Coupons aren't valid for a... couple groups of sandwiches, but no idea where to find them listed. Went a li'l light on toppings, have to watch and comment tomake sure they make a full sandwich. Read more
Pretty standard Subway, though the bread has always been fresh here (over a couple dozen visits), the staff have always been... quite pleasant and competent and I've always enjoyed my meal precisely as much as I expected to. Oh, and they'll happily warmchocolate-chip cookies up (an eye roll will cost you a star; deny my cookie warming request at your own peril). It isn't alwaysthe cleanest, and like any subway, from time to time there's no employees to be found for a few minutes after entering. It's notexceptional. But if you like Subway, this is a fine one. I give 0 stars if I could because these hours need to be updated every week. I?m not sure if the place has been shut down or... there?s not many employees covering shifts but everytime I go to this subway on Shepherd and Richmond after 3 pm it?s alwaysclosed. I like this Subway location. I do have to point out that the parking lot is small and hard to get out of depending on which way... you're going though. However, the employees are always very friendly, the store is clean, and I've never been disappointed withthe level of service I've received here. Also, I live right down the road, so I go here often. If you're in the market for agood sub, this could be your spot. Read more
